materasso.top is an editorial project by Magister Mida LLC dedicated to comparing mattresses: we publish guides, rankings and reviews to help you choose the product that best fits how you sleep. The site does not sell mattresses and does not process orders. Its role is informational: we collect the consultation requests sent through the contact form and, when you ask us to, we forward them to Luxury Relax Materassi, which handles sales, delivery, warranties and returns.

This policy explains clearly which personal data we collect, why we collect it, how long we keep it and which rights you can exercise. It is drafted under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, EU Regulation 2016/679) and applies to anyone who visits materasso.top and fills in the contact form. We keep it up to date: if anything changes in the way we process data, we update this page and its revision date.

Magister Mida LLC publishes the materasso.top domain and its content and decides the purposes and means of processing. No data protection officer (DPO) has been appointed, because the processing does not fall within the cases required by law; any privacy request should be sent to the contact email above. The controller acts in compliance with the GDPR for users located in the European Union.

What Data We Collect

We collect the data you voluntarily enter in the site's contact form. The form asks for: first name, last name, email, phone, city, delivery address, mattress size, model of interest, budget, sleeping position, special needs, purchase timing and a free message. There is also a privacy consent box (mandatory) and a marketing consent box (optional). The form also includes a hidden anti-spam field (honeypot), which users never fill in.
